About Us

Yes, our products are coated with high quality Swiss non-stick ceramic coating.

We're 100% chemical free and super sturdy to ensure your pan does not slide around on the stove while you're cooking. It is also a super versatile size & design perfect for people looking to purchase their first pan or families looking for healthier alternatives for ALL levels of expertise.

Most of the commercial non-stick pans you use contains PTFE (such as Teflonยฎ), PFOA or heavy metals that are released everytime they are exposed to high heat that poses major health risks in the long run for you and your family.

This simply means our pans go through two layers of protective coating. The first layer is an adhesive coating, to ensure the ceramic coating sticks well to our pans. The second layer is the non stick ceramic coating itself.

Sol gel is a type of baked gel sourced from non toxic materials (ceramic) which makes up the non stick layer of our pans.

When heated, metal can bend and expand. The curved base will expand to become flat so that the cookware will sit firmly and securely on the stove. In other words, when the heated pan becomes flat, itโ€™s ready to cook with.

No, our cookware does not contain iron.

Yes, stainless steel based is magnetic.

If the induction is not on, it does not magnetise to the stove.ย

Our pans are suitable for use on Induction, Gas & Electric ovens & stoves

Our products are not anti-scratch. No pan lasts forever but with proper care they can take care of you for a long time. To get the most years out of your pans, we recommend to use silicone spatulas & soft sponges to maintain the durability of the non stick coating.

Unless the scratches are not on the inner ceramic coating and no bare aluminum is exposed to food, the pan is completely safe to use.

This commercial guarantee does not cover damage arising from shocks, improper use, failure to follow the instructions for use and maintenance, or as a result of an unauthorised modification or repair. It also does not include normal product wear and tear, nor the following cases:

- Overheating, prolonged exposure to the heat from a flame or when empty

- Stains, discoloration or scratches on the inside or outside - any accident caused by washing with steel wool, cooking with metal/sharp utensils such as metal spatula or knife, dropping of pan or lid, etc,...

- Professional use or in the workplace - products knocked or dropped

- Damage from thermal shocks

Details of the non-stick cookware guarantee : The non-stick coating is also guaranteed for 1 year against blistering and peeling. This guarantee does not cover sticking or damage caused by incorrect use nor in the cases as listed above.

*1 Year Warranty is not applicable for Accessories

Aluminium cookware has been around for a long time (think aluminium foil). However, it can be toxic to health when the coating wears off and exposed aluminium is consumed in large amounts. Our pans are coated in 2 protective layers to prevent any aluminum from leaching into food.

Never stack nonโ€‘stick pans on top of each other without cushioning it with a cardboard, a piece of cloth, or other soft materials (paper towel or sponge mat). This is to eliminate contact between pans and protect them from scratches and abrasions

When heating any type of nonโ€‘stick pan, always add a small amount of oil, tilt the pan to evenly distribute the oil, then pour off the excess if needed. Heating an empty pan with no oil can damage the nonโ€‘stick coating causing it to break down.

Just like castโ€‘iron cookware, seasoning your pan will help preserve the nonโ€‘stick coating ; especially nonโ€‘stick ceramic coatings. This is easy to do. Wash and dry your pan as normal, then heat a small amount of oil in the pan on the stove over medium heat. Remove it from the heat and wipe the pan down with a paper towel to remove the excess oil. It is now ready to be stored until the next usage.
